Ushbu siyosat SaveFoods (“biz”, “ilova”) qanday ma’lumotlarni yig‘ishi, ulardan qanday foydalanishi va ularni qanday himoya qilishini tushuntiradi.

1. Biz yig‘adigan ma’lumotlar

Telefon raqami — kirish (autentifikatsiya) va do‘kon bilan bog‘lanish uchun (Telegram bot orqali yoki ixtiyoriy ro‘yxatdan o‘tishda).
Google hisobi ma’lumotlari — Google orqali kirganda: email manzili, ism va profil rasmi.
Apple hisobi ma’lumotlari — Apple orqali kirganda (faqat iOS): email manzili va ism.
Telegram ma’lumotlari — Telegram orqali kirishda foydalaniladi (Telegram ID, telefon raqami).
Manzil va joylashuv — yaqin do‘konlarni ko‘rsatish, masofani hisoblash va olib ketish (pickup) uchun (faqat ruxsat bilan).
Buyurtma ma’lumotlari — band qilingan mahsulotlar, buyurtma holati va tarixi.
Profil ma’lumotlari — ism va (ixtiyoriy) profil rasmi.
Bildirishnoma tokeni — buyurtma holati va eslatmalar yuborish uchun qurilma push-token (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
Texnik ma’lumotlar — qurilma turi, ilova versiyasi va taxminiy ishlatish statistikasi.

To‘lov ma’lumotlari: SaveFoods ilova orqali to‘lov kartasi ma’lumotlarini yig‘maydi. Olib ketish buyurtmalarida to‘lov do‘konda amalga oshiriladi; yetkazib berish buyurtmalarida to‘lov shartlari Admin bilan Telegram orqali kelishiladi.

2. Ma’lumotlardan qanday foydalanamiz

Yig‘ilgan ma’lumotlar quyidagilar uchun ishlatiladi: hisobingizni yaratish va boshqarish, yaqin do‘kon va chegirmali mahsulotlarni ko‘rsatish, band qilish (rezervatsiya) va olib ketishni amalga oshirish, buyurtma holati hamda eslatmalar bo‘yicha bildirishnoma yuborish, hamda xizmat xavfsizligi va sifatini ta’minlash.

3. Uchinchi tomon xizmatlari

Ilova quyidagi xizmatlardan foydalanadi:

Google — Google orqali kirish (autentifikatsiya).
Apple (Sign in with Apple) — Apple orqali kirish (faqat iOS).
Telegram (Bot API) — kirish va tasdiqlash uchun.
Yandex Maps / Geocoder — xarita va manzilni aniqlash uchun.
Firebase Cloud Messaging — bildirishnoma (push) yuborish uchun.

4. Ma’lumotlarni baham ko‘rish

Biz ma’lumotlaringizni sotmaymiz. Ma’lumotlar faqat band qilingan buyurtmani bajarish uchun zarur bo‘lgan minimal hajmda do‘kon/sotuvchi bilan, yuqoridagi xizmat ko‘rsatuvchilar bilan o‘z funksiyalari doirasida, hamda qonun talab qilgan hollarda ulashiladi.

5. Xavfsizlik

Ilova bilan server o‘rtasidagi aloqa HTTPS orqali shifrlangan kanal bilan uzatiladi. Autentifikatsiya xavfsiz tokenlar (JWT) orqali amalga oshiriladi. Hech bir tizim 100% xavfsiz bo‘lmasa-da, biz ma’lumotlaringizni himoya qilishga harakat qilamiz.

6. Ma’lumotlarni saqlash va hisobni o‘chirish

Hisobingizni istalgan vaqtda ilova ichida «Profil → Hisob → Hisobni o‘chirish» orqali o‘chirishingiz mumkin. So‘rovdan so‘ng hisob darhol faolsizlantiriladi va shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringiz belgilangan muddat (30 kun) ichida butunlay o‘chiriladi yoki anonimlashtiriladi. Shuningdek, savefoods.team@gmail.com orqali ham so‘rov yuborishingiz mumkin.

7. Bolalar maxfiyligi

Ilova 13 yoshga to‘lmagan bolalar uchun mo‘ljallanmagan va biz ulardan ataylab ma’lumot to‘plamaymiz.

8. O‘zgartirishlar

Ushbu siyosatni vaqti-vaqti bilan yangilashimiz mumkin. Muhim o‘zgarishlar bo‘lsa, ilova orqali yoki ushbu sahifada xabar beramiz.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information SaveFoods (“we”, “the app”) collects, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Information we collect

Phone number — for authentication and store contact (via Telegram bot or optional registration).
Google account data — when signing in with Google: email, name, and profile photo.
Apple account data — when signing in with Apple (iOS only): email and name.
Telegram data — used when signing in with Telegram (Telegram ID, phone number).
Address & location — to show nearby stores, compute distance, and enable pickup (with permission).
Order data — reserved products, order status, and history.
Profile — name and (optional) profile photo.
Notification token — a device push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to send order and reminder notifications.
Technical data — device type, app version, and basic usage statistics.

Payments: we do not collect payment card data. For pickup orders, payment is made at the store; for delivery orders, payment terms are arranged with the Admin via Telegram.

2. How we use information

To create and manage your account, show nearby stores and discounted products, process reservations and pickups, send order-status and reminder notifications, and ensure the security and quality of the service.

3. Third-party services

Google — sign-in (authentication).
Apple (Sign in with Apple) — sign-in (iOS only).
Telegram (Bot API) — sign-in and verification.
Yandex Maps / Geocoder — maps and address resolution.
Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only in the minimum amount needed to fulfil your reservation with the store/seller, with the service providers above for their functions, and when required by law.

5. Security

Communication between the app and the server is encrypted over HTTPS, and authentication uses secure tokens (JWT). No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

6. Data retention & account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app via Profile → Account → Delete account. After the request, the account is immediately deactivated and your personal data is fully deleted or anonymised within a set period (30 days). You may also request deletion by emailing savefoods.team@gmail.com.

7. Children’s privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or this page.
