Ushbu shartlar SaveFoods (“biz”, “ilova”) xizmatidan foydalanishni tartibga soladi. Ilovadan foydalanish orqali siz ushbu shartlarga rozilik bildirasiz.
SaveFoods — mahalliy do‘konlardagi chegirmali, ortib qolgan yoki muddati yaqin mahsulotlarni topish va band qilish uchun savdo maydonchasidir.
Hozircha yetkazib berish yo‘q. Band qilingan mahsulotni do‘kon manzilidan o‘zingiz olib ketasiz.
To‘lov ilovada emas, balki do‘konda — mahsulotni olib ketayotganda amalga oshiriladi.
Hisobingiz xavfsizligi va undagi amallar uchun siz javobgarsiz. To‘g‘ri va haqiqiy ma’lumot kiriting.
Mahsulotni band qilganingizdan so‘ng uni belgilangan olib ketish vaqtida olib keting. Vaqt o‘tib ketsa mahsulot mavjud bo‘lmasligi mumkin.
Sotuvchilar faqat iste’mol yoki foydalanish uchun xavfsiz mahsulotlarni e’lon qilishi shart. E’londagi mahsulot nomi, rasmi, narxi, miqdori va yaroqlilik muddati to‘g‘ri bo‘lishi, band qilingan mahsulot olib ketish muddatigacha xaridor uchun saqlanishi lozim. Muddati o‘tgan, buzilgan yoki xavfli mahsulotlar taqiqlanadi.
Soxta band qilish, ilovani suiiste’mol qilish, firibgarlik yoki boshqalarga zarar yetkazuvchi xatti-harakatlar taqiqlanadi.
Muammo yuzaga kelsa, qo‘llab-quvvatlash xizmatiga murojaat qiling va kerakli ma’lumotlarni (buyurtma raqami, rasmlar) taqdim eting.
Qoidalar yoki shartlarni qayta-qayta buzish hisobni vaqtincha yoki butunlay cheklashga olib kelishi mumkin.
SaveFoods do‘kon va xaridor o‘rtasidagi bog‘lovchi maydoncha bo‘lib, mahsulot sifati, xavfsizligi va topshirilishi uchun asosiy javobgarlik sotuvchida. Biz xizmatni “mavjud holatda” taqdim etamiz va uzluksizligini kafolatlamaymiz.
Ushbu shartlar vaqti-vaqti bilan yangilanishi mumkin. Muhim o‘zgarishlar haqida ilova orqali yoki ushbu sahifada xabar beriladi.

These terms govern your use of SaveFoods (“we”, “the app”). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
SaveFoods is a marketplace for finding and reserving discounted, surplus, or near-expiry products from local stores.
There is no delivery for now. You collect your reserved product yourself from the store address.
Payment is not made in the app but at the store, when you pick up the product.
You are responsible for the security of your account and the actions taken under it. Provide accurate and truthful information.
After reserving a product, pick it up within the stated pickup time. If the time passes, the product may no longer be available.
Sellers must list only products that are safe for consumption or use. The product name, photo, price, quantity, and expiry shown in a listing must be accurate, and a reserved product must be held for the buyer until the pickup deadline. Expired, spoiled, or unsafe products are prohibited.
Fake reservations, abuse of the app, fraud, or any conduct that harms others is prohibited.
If a problem arises, contact support and provide the necessary information (order number, photos).
Repeated violations of the rules or terms may lead to temporary or permanent restriction of the account.
SaveFoods is a platform connecting stores and buyers; primary responsibility for product quality, safety, and handover lies with the seller. We provide the service “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or this page.
